The villa

Means of payment :
Bank transfer with payment details to be communicated during the reservation request.
Payment terms :

30% of the rental amount, to be paid at the time of booking;

The balance, i.e. 70%, to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Documents to provide:

Copy of an official identity document of the person signing the rental contract;

Holiday insurance certificate from your insurance company (generally included in home insurance, see your insurer).
Cancellation Policy:
Guests who cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Vacationers who cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, the vacationers will not obtain any refund.
Rules of procedure:

Inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.

Children remain the responsibility of adults, especially around the swimming pool.

Smokers are not accepted, except outside the residence and with the use of ashtrays.

Espace situé au rez-de-jardin, accès via un escalier de la maison principale ou par une entrée indépendante. 1 chambre avec une TV écran plat et sa salle de bain avec douche, lavabo, wc et sèche-serviette. 1 suite familiale avec 2 chambres en enfilade, grande salle de bain avec grande douche, lavabo, wc et sèche-serviette, sèche-cheveux. 1 cuisine aménagé et entièrement équipée tout confort ouvert sur le salon avec canapé et TV écran plat. Une belle pergola-terrasse ombragée avec une table et chaises de jardin.
